This research was conducted to examine the relationship between sports schools' physical activity level, sleep and quality of life in children with autism spectrum disorder. The Quality of Life Scale of Parents of Children with Autism Spectrum Disorder Taking Sports Lessons was used in the study. In order to observe the development of children who attend sports schools for their development, children who cannot attend sports schools should also be examined. For this purpose, this scale was chosen. The city chosen for this research was Istanbul. The research was conducted in 4 centers. A total of 80 volunteers, 40 people with autism who received sports training and the parents of 40 people who did not receive sports training, participated in the research. The skewness value of the data was taken into account to determine whether the distribution of the score obtained from this scale was normal. The data of this study showed a normal distribution. As a result, it has been found that sports schools have a positive effect on the physical activity level, sleep and quality of life of children with ASD. Since a certain cost and order are required for sports schools, the quality of life of parents also affected the development of children at this point.
