PI denetleyici ile sıvı seviye kontrolünün gerçek zamanlı olarak PLC ile gerçeklenmesi

Abstract

Bu çalışmada sıvı seviyesinin PI denetleyici ile istenilen seviyeye en kısa zamanda ulaşması ve bu değerde sabit kalması amaçlamaktadır. Denetim parametrelerini sistemin özelliklerine uygun bir şekilde seçebilmek için sistemin gecikmesi kullanılarak gerekli olan PID parametreleri hesaplanmıştır.Bu çalışmada, Siemens S7-300 PLC kullanarak sıvı seviyesinin kontrolü gerçek zamanlı olarak yapılmıştır. Denetleyici olarak Simatic Manager yazılım programı içerisinde bulunan FB41 PID bloğu, data toplamak için ultrasonik sensör, sıvı beslemesi için pompa kullanılmıştır.

In this study, main purpose is the desired level in the shortest time by the PI controller of the liquid level and is intended to remain constant at this value. PID parameters required using the delay system for choosing Control parameters are calculated in accordance with the characteristics of the system. Siemens S7-300 PLCusing the liquid level control study was conducted in real time. Located in the Simatic Manager software program FB41 PID Controller block, ultrasonic sensors to collect the data was used for the liquid feed pump.
