Sûfî-Müfessir İbn Berrecân’ın (v. 536/1141) Allah’ın İsim ve Sıfatlarına Yönelik Konulara Yaklaşımı

Abstract

Bu çalışma, sûfî-müfessir kimliğiyle öne çıkan İbn Berrecân’ın Allah’ın (cc) isim ve sıfatlarına yönelik konular hakkındaki yaklaşımını ortaya çıkarmayı hedeflemektedir. Söz konuusu konular, İslâmî ilimlerin çoğunda araştırma konusu olmuştur. Bundaki asıl maksat ise bu yolla Allah’ı (cc) daha iyi bilmek, tanımak ve varlığının şuûruna erişmektir. Bu bağlamda Allah’ın (cc) isim ve sıfatları ile alâkalı muhtelif konu ve düşünceler ortaya çıkmıştır. Endülüs coğrafyasında yetişmiş olan İbn Berrecân da Allah’ın (cc) isim ve sıfatları hakkında düşüncelerini açıklamıştır. Bununla birlikte o, Allah’ın (cc) isim ve sıfatlarını şerh eden bir eser kaleme almıştır. Diğer taraftan telif ettiği tefsirinde ise isim ve sıfatlara dayanan bir tefsir yöntemi takip etmiştir. Bu bakımdan eserlerinden yola çıkarak konuyla ilgili düşüncelerine ulaşılmaya gayret edilecektir.

This study aims to reveal the approach of Ibn Barraj?n, a prominent figure known for his identity as a Sufi-exegist, to topics related to the Names and Attributes of Allah (SWT). These subjects have been a matter of research in most Islamic sciences. The primary aim is to better know, recognize, and achieve awareness of Allah's (SWT) existence. In this context, various issues and ideas related to Allah's (SWT) Names and Attributes have emerged. Ibn Barraj?n, who was raised in the Andalusian region, also explained his thoughts on the Names and Attributes of Allah (SWT). Moreover, he authored a work that explains the Names and Attributes of Allah (SWT). On the other hand, in the tafsir he authored, he followed an exegesis method based on these Names and Attributes. In this regard, the study will attempt to reach his thoughts on the subject through his works.
