İbn Abdülhâdî'nin rivayetleri tahlili (Et-Tenkîhu't-Tahkîk adlı eserinin Kitâbu't-Tahâre özelinde)

Abstract

Bu tezde, İbn Abdülhâdî'nin (ö. 744/1343) Tenkî?u't-Ta?k?k fî Ehâdîsi't-Ta?l?k adlı eserinin "Kitâbu't-Tahâre" bölümünde yer alan rivayetler incelenmiştir. Çalışma, iki ana bölümden oluşmaktadır. İlk bölümde müellifin hayatı, ilmî kişiliği, hocaları ve talebeleri ele alınmış; hadis ilmindeki yeri ve ilmî çevresi klasik kaynaklar ışığında ortaya konmuştur. Ayrıca onun hadis anlayışının temel özellikleri ve hadis-fıkıh ilişkisine bakışı genel hatlarıyla değerlendirilmiştir. İkinci bölümde, İbn Abdülhâdî'nin "Kitâbu't-Tahâre" bölümündeki rivayetleri sened ve metin açısından nasıl ele aldığı irdelenmiştir. İki kulle hadisi, köpek ve yırtıcı hayvanların artığı, kedinin artığı, nebîz ile taharet ve meyte derisinin tabaklanması gibi tahâret meselelerine dair rivayetler üzerinde durulmuş; bu rivayetlerin sened yapısı, râvîlerin cerh–ta?dîl durumları ve metinlerdeki farklılıklar tespit edilmiştir. Rivayetlerin fıkhî hükümlerle bağlantısı da incelenmiş ve dönemin hadis-fıkıh ilişkisinin anlaşılmasına katkı sağlanmıştır. Bu bağlamda çalışma, İbn Abdülhâdî'nin hadis metodolojisini daha yakından tanıtmayı ve tahâret konularına dair rivayetlerin ilmî açıdan nasıl değerlendirildiğini ortaya koymayı amaçlamaktadır. This thesis examines the narrations included in the Kit?b al-?ah?ra section of Ibn ?Abd al-H?d?'s (d. 744/1343) work Tanq?? al-Ta?q?q f? A??d?th al-Ta?l?q. The study consists of two main chapters. The first chapter explores the author's life, scholarly personality, teachers, and students; it also presents his position in the field of ?ad?th and his intellectual environment based on classical sources. Moreover, the fundamental characteristics of his understanding of ?ad?th and his perspective on the relationship between ?ad?th and fiqh are discussed in general terms. The second chapter investigates how Ibn ?Abd al-H?d? analyzed the narrations in the Kit?b al-?ah?ra section in terms of isn?d (chain of transmission) and matn (text). It focuses on narrations concerning issues such as the two qullah ?ad?th, the impurity of dogs and predatory animals, the purity of cats, purification with nab?dh (fermented drink), and the tanning of dead animal hides. The isn?d structures of these narrations, the reliability assessments of their transmitters (jar?–ta?d?l), and textual variations are identified and examined. Their connection to related legal rulings is also analyzed, thereby contributing to a better understanding of the ?ad?th–fiqh relationship of the period. In this regard, the study aims to provide a closer insight into Ibn ?Abd al-H?d?'s ?ad?th methodology and to reveal how the narrations related to purification were evaluated from a scholarly perspective.
