ANLATIM BECERİLERİNİN GELİŞTİRİLMESİNDE MİKRO ÖĞRETİM TEKNİĞİNİN ETKİLERİNİN VİDEO DİZİ ANALİZİ İLE İNCELENMESİ

Abstract

Yapılan araştırmalar öğretmen adaylarının alan ile ilgili dersleri öğrenmede güçlükler yaşadıklarını bildirmektedir. Bu da alan öğretmenlerinin ve öğretmen adaylarının kendilerini alan ve alan eğitimi derslerinde yeterli ölçüde geliştirmeleri gerektiğini ortaya koymaktadır. Sonuçlar öğretmen adaylarının üniversitede almış oldukları teorik bilgileri özellikle de alan eğitimi ile ilgili bilgilerini uygulamaya aktarabilmelerinin son derece önemli olduğunu göstermektedir. Bu çalışmada, öğretmen adaylarının anlatım becerilerinin geliştirilmesinde mikro öğretim tekniğinin etkilerinin Video Dizi Analizi (ViDA) ile ortaya konulması amaçlanmıştır. Araştırmanın çalışma grubu gönüllü 7 son sınıf öğretmen adayıdır.Araştırmaya katılan öğretmen adaylarından her biri mikro öğretim tekniğini kullanarak ders sunumu gerçekleştirmişlerdir. Bu sunumlar kamera ile kaydedilmiştir. Elde edilen veriler Video Dizi Analizi (ViDA) yapılarak değerlendirilmiştir. Sonuç olarak ikinci anlatım sonunda, ana kategoriler ve alt kategorilerdeki dağılımların daha homojen olduğu görülmüştür. Bu sonuç araştırmaya katılan öğretmen adaylarının anlatım becerilerinde olumlu yönde gelişmeler olduğunun bir göstergesidir.

Research suggest that student teachers have difficulty in learning the field courses. Therefore, both teacher and student teachers should improve themselves in terms of such courses. On the other hand, it is thought that the evaluation of the student teachers’ performance contributes to the qualified teacher training practice. This study aims at uncovering the effects of the micro teaching technique on the development of the student teachers’ narration skills through Video Series Analysis (VISA). The participants of the study are seven volunteer senior student teachers. Each of the participants delivered the course using the micro teaching technique. These activity was recorded. The data obtained were evaluated through Video Series Analysis. The findings indicate that at the end of the second presentations of the student teachers, major categories and the distribution in the sub-categories are homogenous. It refers to the fact that the student teachers’ narration skills significantly improve.
