İktisat metodolojisinde alternatif bir paradigma: İbn Haldun perspektifinden yeni bir iktisadi rasyonalite ve felsefi inşa

Abstract

Modern kapitalizmin "ne" yerine "nasıl" sorusuna odaklanan araçsal akılcılığı, insanı kimliğinden kopararak kendine yabancılaştırmış, evrenin öznesi olmaktan çıkarıp nesnesine dönüştürmüştür. Bu durum, yirmi birinci yüzyılda küresel bir ontolojik, ahlaki ve ekonomik krize yol açmıştır. Bu kriz, bilgi birikimini, teknolojik ve siyasi gücünü bir tahakküm aracı olarak kullanan; sahip olduğu silah sanayisi, kitle imha silahları ve askeri kapasitesiyle insanlığı tehdit eden, kurduğu vekâlet örgütler, kukla rejimler ve görünüşte sivil uluslararası siyasi ve iktisadi kurumlarla küresel siyaseti ve ekonomiyi şekillendiren sanayileşmiş ülkelerin bilinçli müdahaleleriyle derinleşmektedir. Bu bağlamda, kapitalist sistemin kendi iç dinamikleriyle insanlığın temel sorunlarına bir çözüm üretmesi mümkün görünmemektedir. Dolayısıyla insanın hümanizmle aşındırılan kimliğini, Aydınlanma ile körelen hakikat idrakini ve Kapitalizmle zedelenen onurunu iade edecek yeni bir felsefi-iktisadi bakışa ihtiyaç kaçınılmazdır. Bu bakımdan, iktisadi sisteme ahlaki ve kurumsal bir ruh kazandırarak iktisadı yeniden toplum ve insan merkezli bir disipline dönüştürecek, İbn Halduncu bir bakışla yeniden yorumlanmış İslam iktisadı ve felsefesi, üretim ve kar beklentisini ahlaki ve insani sınırlara çeken, salt büyüme yerine insan onurunu ve adaleti önceleyen bir perspektif sunmaktadır.

The instrumental rationality of modern capitalism, which focuses on the question of "how" rather than "what," has detached human beings from their identity, alienated them from themselves, and transformed them from subjects of the universe into its objects. This situation has led to a global ontological, moral, and economic crisis in the twenty-first century. This crisis is deepened by the deliberate interventions of industrialized countries that use their accumulation of knowledge, technological and political power as instruments of domination; that threaten humanity through their arms industries, weapons of mass destruction, and military capacities; and that shape global politics and the world economy through proxy organizations, puppet regimes, and ostensibly civilian international political and economic institutions. In this context, it does not appear possible for the capitalist system to produce a solution to the fundamental problems of humanity through its own internal dynamics. Therefore, the need for a new philosophical-economic perspective that can restore to human beings the identity eroded by humanism, the capacity for truth discernment blunted by the Enlightenment, and the dignity damaged by capitalism has become inevitable. Accordingly, Islamic economics and philosophy, reinterpreted through an Ibn Khaldunian perspective, offer a framework that endows the economic system with a moral and institutional spirit, re-establishes economics as a discipline centered on society and the human being, restrains production and profit expectations within moral and humane limits, and prioritizes human dignity and justice over mere growth.
