Irak ekonomisinin küresel ekonomiye entegrasyonu: Zorluklar,fırsatlar ve stratejiler

Irak, son yıllarda çeşitli zorluklarla karşı karşıya kalmış bir ülke olmuştur. Özellikle Saddam Hüseyin rejiminin devrilmesi, iç çatışmalar, terör saldırıları ve siyasi istikrarsızlık gibi faktörler Irak'ın tarihsel geçmişini etkilemiştir. Bu dönemde, Irak'ın ekonomisi ciddi daralmalar yaşamış ve büyük bir gerileme göstermiştir. Irak, dünya petrol rezervleri ve küresel pazar açısından önemli bir konumdadır ve petrol, Irak'ın ekonomik büyümesinin ve gelirinin temel kaynağıdır. Ekonomi, petrol sektöründeki faaliyetlerin yanı sıra tarım, inşaat ve hizmet sektörleriyle de desteklenmektedir. Yine de ekonomisi hala çeşitlendirilmemiştir ve petrol bağımlılığı nedeniyle dalgalanmalara karşı hassastır. İthalatta dışa bağımlılık söz konusudur. Bu çalışmanın amacı Irak'ın ekonomik durumunu ve küresel ekonomideki rolünü anlamak için temel bilgiler sunmaktır. Elde edilen yerel ve uluslararası rapor, istatistik, veri ve literatür taramalarının sentezlenerek ülkenin küresel Pazar entegrasyonu açısından strateji önerilerinde bulunmak hedeflenmiştir. Araştırma boyunca Irak ekonomisi, bileşenleri ve sorunları, dış pazar ilişkilerinin nasıl olduğu; fırsat ve zorlukları ile gelişim stratejilerinin neler olabileceği sorularına cevap aranmıştır. Riskler, güncel ekonomik göstergeler analiz edilmiş ve elde edilen cevaplarla Irak ekonomisinin fırsat, tehdit ve stratejiler bağlamında küresel pazar rolü değerlendirilmiştir. Iraq has been a country that has faced various challenges in recent years. In particular, factors such as the overthrow of the Saddam Hussein regime, internal conflicts, terrorist attacks and political instability have affected Iraq's historical past. During this period, Iraq's economy has experienced serious contractions and has shown a major decline. Iraq is in an important position in terms of world oil reserves and the global market, and oil is the main source of Iraq's economic growth and income. The economy is supported by activities in the oil sector as well as agriculture, construction and service sectors. Nevertheless, its economy is still not diversified and is vulnerable to fluctuations due to oil dependency. There is a dependency on foreign imports. The aim of this study is to provide basic information to understand Iraq's economic situation and its role in the global economy. The aim is to synthesize the obtained local and international reports, statistics, data and literature reviews and to make strategy recommendations in terms of the country's global market integration. Throughout the research, answers were sought to the questions of the Iraqi economy, its components and problems, how foreign market relations are; what the opportunities and difficulties are and what the development strategies could be. Risks and current economic indicators were analysed and with the answers obtained, the global market role of the Iraqi economy was evaluated in the context of opportunities, threats and strategies.
