Ali Baba Rûmî, who is thought to have lived in the late 19th and early 20th centuries, was a Qâdirî sheikh who lived in Gaziantep, Arapgir and Maden. Although the poet has eleven works, only Durr al-fu'âd and sheik al-ırshâd have survived to the present day, so the information about him is obtained from this work. The author wrote his work with the aim of explaining to his interlocutors the privileged place of Q?dir?ism, which he regarded as the ?ber order, in the Sufi tradition, refuting the rumor-like claims about ?Abd al-Q?dir al-Ghayl?n?, and protecting the people and his disciples from superstitious movements. The work, the main parts of which are written in masnavi verse form, consists of 9526 couplets. On the other hand, the work also contains many independent verses written in different forms and genres and approximately 145 pages of prose excerpts, mostly in Arabic. Durr al-fu'âd is a very rich work in terms of content, containing many religious and mystical topics ranging from the appearance of the Mahdi to the falsification of the works of 'Abd al-Qâdir Ghaylânî and Ibn al-'Arabî, from shaving etiquette to dervish clothes. One of the subjects included in this rich content is the Prophet Muhammad. The poet, who advised his interlocutors on Sufi matters, supported his words with the Prophet's hadiths and gave examples from his life. On the other hand, he expressed his love for him both in the couplets of the masnavi and in the verses of the naat genre. In this study, the couplets and verses about the Prophet Muhammad in Durr al-fu'âd and sheik al-ırshâd will be analyzed, and thus the conception of the Prophet Muhammad in the mind of a Sufi poet will be tried to be revealed.
